Cancellation flight ticket from KTN to SCC by call

Once you have been assigned a Known Traveler Number (KTN), you must include this number in the ‘KTN' field of each reservation you make with a participating airline. The KTN also can be added when booking reservations online via a participating airline website, by phone with an airline reservation agent or with the travel management company making reservations.

If you’re eligible and approved for the TSA Preprogram, you will be given a Known Traveler Number “KTN” to use when making flight reservations. KTNs can also be saved in an airline or travel agency profile. Participating airlines will print a TSA Preindicator on your boarding pass.

When you arrive at the airport, look for signs. You can receive a full refund of your ticket purchase if you cancel online or notify us within 24 hours of your purchase, provided the scheduled time of departure was at least one week ( hours) away at time of booking.

After 24 hours, tickets purchased are non-refundable.

In many situations, the booking has to be cancelled, and a new one is designed with the correct details.
